Imo State governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha has advised women to shun social vices such as prostitution and indecent dressing which tend to debase womanhood.
Governor Okorocha, who gave the advice at the opening ceremony of education summit for girls organised for selected secondary schools in the state, also charged women to strive towards being role models for the younger generation and a blessing to the men.
He said women should develop and exhibit strong positive characters that would enable them brace up to future challenges.
According to the governor, women are created to ensure the sustenance of life, urging them to appreciate God for giving them special qualities and roles which men lack.
