Please permit 1-2 business days for processing of online requests. Once your request is shipped, a waybill will be messaged to the email address the client gave during checkout.
During peak times, please permit an additional business day for waybill to be transmitted and shipment to be made.
We use DHL to deliver our orders
All orders will be attached a waybill as provided by DHL, our shipping carrier.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Shipping cost is already calculated as part of the prices of some products, while some products also have free shipping. However, if shipping cost is not calculated in the price, and you need to pay for the shipping, you will be shown what the shipping cost will be before the final checkout page, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
You have 30 days to return a product from the date you got it.
To be qualified for a return, your item must be unused and in a similar condition that you got it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Processing time for returns is usually 10-20 business days from the time the return is received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
After receive your item, we will examine it and tell you that we have received your item. We will instantly advise you on the status of your discount after assessing the item.
In the event that your return item is affirmed, we will start a discount to your credit or debit card
You will get the credit within a specific measure of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We will refund the purchase price for the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or replacement request.
